UNRELENTING PERFORMANCE
The HD9813RG-STG3 is a high-performance 4-speaker, 800-watt amplified audio system that includes:
• (2) 6.5" fairing speakers
• (2) 6x9" saddlebag speakers
• (1) 800W 4-channel amp
• (1) amp installation kit
This system can be upgraded with:
• (1) multi-media source unit (see below)

1998-2013 Touring with Shark Nose fairing
If kit used with PMX-HD9813, radio not compatible with factory amplified systems, CB, Intercom, rear volume controls, rear speakers on 1998-2005 Ultra’s, and factory equipped satellite radio systems.
Saddlebag Kit compatible only with ABS plastic lids. Not compatible with Fiberglass lids.
Saddlebag Kit not compatible with H-D® Power Lock Kit
Installation on CVO™ and Screaming Eagle™ models are not plug-n-play and will require modification
Tour-Pak® speakers not 100% plug-n-play compatible (contact support on work-around)

Return Authorization Process
Diagnose First
Prior to requesting an RA, try to diagnose the failure. Many products we receive are sent back with No Trouble Found, usually due to incorrect installation. Use our Knowledge Base for troubleshooting assistance.
Contact Customer Support
Please call us during normal business hours at 1-800-669-9899 (option #1) and be prepared with the following information:
- First and Last Name with complete Shipping Address
- Product Name (T0D415)
- Serial Number (12 or 13 digit number)
- Failure Diagnosis (no output, no power LED, etc.)
- Scanned copy of Original Receipt emailed to cs.support@rockfordcorp.com (dealer name, purchase date, and item purchased must be legible)
- Credit/Debit Card (if paying for out-of-warranty claims)
- No money orders or checks.
